Pilates classes

Our small group Pilates classes (6-8 participants max) are mat-based exercise to strengthen the muscles of the body with a focus on core muscles, improve posture and breathing and also provide some relaxation. There are classes to suit all ages and abilities. Pregnancy and Post-natal classes are also available.
